That is his home state. If he wins there, he has more legitimacy to go on, but if he loses, he might as well drop out.
Then again, the romneys supporters might spend tons of money there to make sure if santorums wish wont come true in pennsylvania, forcing him to drop out.

So now is it fair to say that Rick must win Pa. by a large margin to have legitimacy? I mean huge after Virginia loss and all the Romney challenges he made! He also said that he guaranteed that if he won illinois that he would win the nomination. pretty safe bet because he could not win Illinois!
A little history, after Santorum supported Arlen Specter in PA for re election and then Specter flipped and supported Obama and his Health care bill, the good folks of Pa. voted Rick out by a huge 18% Margin, the largest defeat ever for a sitting US Senator! He also tried to stiff the State of Pa after he was out of the Senate and living in VA. to pay for an exclusive education for his Kids. Pa. had to sue him to recover! Ever hear the story of his wife and her live in Abortion Doctor for 6 years? Yeah the one 40 Years her senior when she Met Rick and proudly told her Abortion Doctor Boy friend that Rick was also pro Choice. Maybe you have not heard it so look it up but I Guarantee that the Folks in PA know it well. He has never run in a statewide election in Pa before so look out Ricky.
He has no legitimacy now and after the Pa. Primary he will never return to PA. he needs to quit now before he has no pride left to save. He and his wife are an embarrassment to their Kids now because they know the story.
My prediction is Romney wins in Pa. by 3 points or more!

@@ I need to clarify that Mitt will win the PA. Beauty contest. Neither will win the Delegates as all in PA are elected directly as uncomitted even though a seperate candidate Beauty contest is held. This type of Primary is called "Loophole Primary". It is also used in a couple of other statesas well. Being From Pa. I guess Santorum is not aware of this process just as he messed up Virginia and Ohio and DC by ot properly being on the ballots. Oh My Source? Of Course you want it:
