Answer: Your education section should state the year in which any degrees were formally received.
The Training section seems superfluous to me. These are skills you should highlight in your Experience section. You don't need a separate section for that unless you have additional skills which you have not used on the job but still wish to highlight for a potential employer. Keep in mind that a resume should not be a novel. It should be a concise list of the jobs you have performed and the skills you used to perform those jobs and other skills you may have.
Your Training section also seems to include a variety of jobs which you did not highlight in your Experience section. I'm not sure why you put them under Training instead of under Experience, unless your training led to a formal certification, in which case it would go in the Education section.
Because you have a lot of work experience, your Education section should come after your Experience section. The employer cares more about your prior work history than your education. Your education is important, but it does not show how well you might perform on an actual job, so put that after your work experience.
One thing you don't have here is a reference list. This is not required on a resume, and in fact, probably should not be included with a resume these days, but you should prepare a separate document with reference information available. Any potential employer requesting this should receive it, but those not requesting it do not need it.
I hope this helps. Good luck!

Should I leave college to go into self employment?
Im seventeen, and I chose my A Level courses (English Lang because becoming a fiction writer is what Ive wanted to be since I was about six, Psychology, History because it helps with stories, and Health and Social Care) with the idea of becoming counsellor... before realising that I dont want that job at all and have no passion for it whatsoever. I just wanted to do it as something to do in the meantime to get money whilst trying to become a full time writer.
Im quite sure that Im not unintelligent, but I get consistently bad marks in everything but English (I got a U in my Psychology mock, oh dear... my teachers are making me attend booster classes which I really dont want to do) and my GCSEs were nothing special- they were mostly comprised of Cs (save for A*s in English and a B in Art... and we cant forget the D in German and F in Graphics ;) ah well). I remember in a Health and Social Care essay, I got barely over half marks but my teacher commented that I had an "excellent writing style", and my English teacher said Im talented. But my courses and grades arent exactly university material, and Im quite sure that they wont get me into any worthwhile courses...
I find my subjects interesting, but I really cant bring myself to work seriously at them and apart from English, I dont have a real passion for any of them. I often find myself doodling and going off track in lessons without even knowing it- I try so hard to concentrate and work, but it never seems to stick. Im getting so, so frustrated by it. Its not laziness, I swear; when Im absorbed in something, I become a crazed perfectionist and I wont drop it until its completely flawless.
Im wondering if college really is for me. Another thing that I love to do is sew, and Ive already made £180 from sewing toy plushes (you remember what I said about being a crazed perfectionist when Im engrossed? More often than once Ive stayed up all night until about 3pm the next day sewing. Maybe thats a little unhealthy :P). Clothes designs are something that I always find myself doodling, and I often adjust or change my own clothes with my ideas. Many daydreams center around owning my own clothes/ handmade toy shop or business, whilst writing on the side :)
I know this all sounds quite crazily idealistic, but every day Ive been thinking the same thing: college doesnt interest me. I dont want to leave because I absolutely love all of the friends Ive made, but Ive realised that I really dont care much for my A Levels (apart from English and History). Im wondering if Im wasting my time training for a career field that I dont care about, and if maybe Im much better off starting up an online business, or even buying a shop building (every time I walk past a shop building for sale, I get a little mental image of myself owning it and selling the clothes that I make- that could be seen as either dedicated or completely insane and delusional...). Ive been told by people that they can see me becoming a writer and designer and in my mums words I have an "enterprising spirit" (Im quite good with money, both buying and selling; the other day I bought a book worth £60 for £8 :P) The things I make seem to be in quite high demand, so Im not pursuing a daydream that has no backing- I already have three commissions of plushes to make that people are paying for which total up to £130.
Thank you so much for reading this massive rant, and Im very sorry if I sounded egotistical during any part of it! I look forward to any help or guidance that anyone can offer- Ive not fully expressed this to anyone yet, so an outside opinion would be lovely :)
Answer: No, no, no. You either continue your current course or you change courses, but you don't quit. Especially not when all you have is basically fantasies about the usual dream occupations (writer, designer, millionaire), which are highly speculative even for those who do have a degree in something. Use your skills and develop them, choose different subjects, give your life a solid foundation that you can build on even in 3, 5, 10 years time.
(Even the fact that the UK government practices rubbish politics and allows for 9000 £ / per year of tuition cannot be a reason to give up – you should rather work to remove the bastards from their seats than compromise on your academic education. Tuition fees are not God-given or something, they are bad policy, nothing else. In Germany, more and more states have been abolishing them in the past 3 years, after they had been keenly introduced by conservative governments starting in 2005 – an they were only about 1000 € per year...)
