Before Bill is to be enacted:
1. Fence must be complete and fortified
2. Border crossings must be monitored at both Mexican and Canadian border
3. There should be a border fee for entering/ leaving the country.
4. International airports should have security checks
5. Parents/siblings younger than 12 have to go home /be deported
6.Participants must surrender any drivers license he/she may have obtained
Additional Details:
1. This is not "amnesty." Amnesty would only be if the parents were allowed to stay. The parents are the criminals not the child. They can not be faulted for their parents mistakes
2. This is not a reward. If they are rewarded with anything, it should be much more than just a green card considering that they went through a six year extensive program.
3. Money will be taken out of any paychecks when they get a job to pay back whatever they owe.
4. Folks, do you not realize how many illegal immigrants will be leaving the country or deported if
this thing passes. I mean we get rid of the parents and any siblings younger than 12 and older than 28. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure how good a deal that is.
5. According to state dream acts, they can qualify to go to school and it says nothing about parents being deported first.
6. Congress should be to allowed to vote on Act in pieces.
Whatever 60 senators can agree to stays. That way at least something is passed.
Answer: It is amnesty.
We did the SimpsonMazzoli Bill in 1985 and many others since. No more.
If the child gets a green card and citizenship, they can sponsor all their deadbeat relatives - the chain migration. The parents did not make a mistake, they committed a crime! The parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents will stay because ICE does not want to break up families as a policy. They will all get section 8 housing, free state education, food stamps, free school breakfasts and lunches, instate tuition at the universities, SSD for the old disabled relatives, and SSI for other disabled relatives. We have enough of that here already in the deadbeat citizenry; we do not need more.

Why he was driving and why he was still in the country after three drunken-driving convictions ?
The suspended driver and illegal immigrant blew a red light and slammed a pickup into a minivan near 180th Street and West Center Road in May — killing 4-year-old van passenger Josie Bluhm.
For those actions, Eleazar Rangel-Ochoa pleaded no contest Tuesday to driving under suspension, a felony, and misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide.
And Rangel-Ochoa remains distraught, his attorney said.
He isnt the only one. Josies loved ones, including parents Kyle and Jayme Bluhm, have had to carry on without their 4-year-old middle child — a blonde-haired, blue-eyed bundle of fun.
Advertising
Jayme Bluhm was driving the couples three children, then ages 5, 4 and 1, to day care on May 12, when the crash happened, prosecutors said.
“All of these cases are horrible,” said prosecutor Matt Kuhse, who handles Douglas Countys motor-vehicle homicide cases. “But its particularly troubling when its a child who is so, so young — especially when her life ended in such a violent way.”
Rangel-Ochoas case has been marked with questions about why he was driving and why he was still in the country after three drunken-driving convictions.
Rangel-Ochoas attorney, Joe Lopez-Wilson, said Rangel-Ochoa, 27, is torn up over his actions — and has little explanation for why he was driving.
Lopez-Wilson said Rangel-Ochoa got behind the wheel of the pickup because the trucks owner wasnt going to work that day. Rangel-Ochoa and his two passengers were headed to work at a construction site.
The attorney said he was uncertain whether Rangel-Ochoas two passengers could have driven, or whether they had drivers licenses. Rangel-Ochoa didnt. His drivers license had been suspended for 15 years after his third-drunken driving conviction in 2003.
It also was unclear why Rangel-Ochoa hadnt been deported after his drunken-driving convictions — all of which preceded 2003.
Lopez-Wilson, who handles immigration cases, said that, back then, authorities were more concerned with illegal immigrants who committed violent offenses.
Shortly after the crash, Lopez-Wilson said, his client wanted to “man up” by pleading to the charges against him. Lopez-Wilson said he wouldnt let Rangel-Ochoa do so until the attorney had a chance to review the charges and all of the evidence. (Rangel-Ochoa wasnt drunk that morning — hence the misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide charge.)
Rangel-Ochoa faces up to six years in prison — five years for driving under suspension, one year for motor vehicle homicide — when he is sentenced in December. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have a deportation hold on him now — and Rangel-Ochoa is expected to be deported after he serves his sentence.
“From Day One, he was distraught,” Lopez-Wilson said. “Every time I talk to him, hes downtrodden.
“He knows whatever happens to him in court is temporary. Hes going to have to deal with the consequences of what he did for the rest of his life.”

Answer: In the last several months there has been at least 6 incidents of unlicensed, illegal immigrants driving drunk in my town. One resulted in a mother and her 6 year old daughter being killed as they left dance class. Another involved a serious injury to to a young child as the driver rammed their mini-van. Deporting does nothing other then give them a chance to visit with their relatives back home before coming right back here. They have no respect for us or our laws and don't belong here. They're all felons for being here.
