Do you think that Drew Peterson will be convicted of murder?

Ive been following the Drew Peterson trial because the incident with Stacy Ann Calles is very similar to what happened with my ex boyfriend and I. Im 24 and my ex boyfriend of three years is 55. Stacy met Drew when he walked into the hotel where she worked, I met Allyn my ex at the store I worked at. Drew was a charming, good-looking, intelligent police officer and my ex boyfriend was all of those things and a plastics engineer who was an expert in his field. I fell in love quickly with my boyfriend and Stacys whirlwind romance happened quickly as well, controlling/abusive men want relationships to begin quickly rather than taking their time to get to know someone over a period of a few months. Stacy thought she was going to have a better life when she married Drew and I thought I was going to have a better life when I started a relationship with Allyn. All of Drews relationships lasted on average for about 7 years and all of my ex boyfriends relationships lasted for about 7 years. Drew abused his ex girlfriends and as it turns out my ex boyfriend abused his ex girlfriends if what his son told me is true. (Which it probably is.) Drew murdered his wife Kathleen and made it look like passed out and drowned in the bathtub and his wife Stacy, and my ex boyfriend slammed me into a door and I was pretty badly injured. He lied about it in court and said it was an accident and manipulated the judge into believing him. Theres a lot of heresay being listened to in the trial, almost everyone that knew Kathleen believes that Drew murdered her. One of the police officers he worked with said on the stand that Drew told him life would be so much easier if Kathleen was dead. But is there anywhere near enough evidence to convict him of murder? Does the jury ever take circumstantial evidence into consideration when trying to reach a verdict? Before DNA evidence all the jury had to make a decision was tangible evidence, circumstantial evidence and witnesses to listen to, but things have changed since then.
Answer: If the DA had clear and convincing evidence of murder then a plea agreement would be reached. This is why 98% of criminal cases never go to a jury trial. There is enough evidence to convict or not enough to convict. So cases are plead out or dropped. Criminal jury trials nearly always rely on circumstantial evidence. Juries do rely on it. It is often the best evidence they have. As for Drew Peterson he may be convicted because he is a jerk and a loud mouth. He is a textbook example of an unsympathetic defendant. Such people are far easier to convict then sympathetic defendants. ALso it helps his late wife is a sympathetic victim too.
