As a felon, Spengler was barred from owning guns. Officials were unsure how he had obtained them, but said he was armed to the teeth. "He was equipped to go to war and kill innocent people," Pickering said. OK, first, the motive. HE WAS NUTS. Thats all the motive he needed. He craved death. His note said it all. He killed before, and he got the chance to kill again. So he did. Second, IT WAS ALREADY ILLEGAL for him to have guns, but he was "armed to the teeth." GUN CONTROL DOESNT WORK. This incident is living proof of the failure of gun control. Why would adding more gun control help? Its just doing more of what failed to stop this incident. Why are liberals so clueless on this incident?
